Utility Room
There is a large commercial washing machine and a large Dryer which are operated by tokens, available from the warden at very competative prices.
Health and Wellness
There are 2 seperate washing areas for the disabled, on the groundfloor there is a walkin bath with seating if required and on the first floor there is a walkin shower again with seating if required.
Also disabled toilets on all floors.
Our Staff
We have a warden on duty from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday on the weekends and bank holidays or through the night the warden duties are taken over by a telephone system or pulling an alarm cord situated in all the rooms and corridors.
